Sandstone IT Services – Terms of Service

Sandstone IT Services provides IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, and consultancy services to businesses in the UAE, the Middle East and Africa. Services are delivered on a best-efforts basis, according to agreed-upon service plans or project scope.

Sandstone IT Services is not liable for:

  • Third-party service outages (ISP, cloud providers, vendors)

  • Data loss caused by hardware failure, cyber incidents, or force majeure, unless covered under a specific managed backup agreement

  • Pre-existing system issues not disclosed prior to engagement

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid software licenses

  • Providing authorized access to systems

  • Timely payment of invoices

Service details, response times, and exclusions are defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) or AMC contract.
